Wordless Wednesday: The cat, dog and mouse game

It's mouse season in the South Burnett. Here, Lucy and Hannah Kitteh work together to catch a mouse - only for the prize to end up in the mouth of Kit Kat! Or maybe that was their plan all along?
Teamwork!

I have to admit I'm not a fan of wildlife. At all. I've lived in an apartment for most of my adult life and when I did have a patch of grass it was a hassle to deal with. Even now I sometimes look at houses but then I remind myself there are yards to deal with as well as things. LIke mice, and snakes. Argh!

That's real team work for you. Typical that it's the cat that ends up with the prize.

The two working together are female too. And the cat which gets the mouse, is a male. Typical, hey?

Mice are my nemesis. I wouldn't mind who caught it, as long as it was caught. I did feel a bit sorry for Lucy though, she had nothing to show for her dogged persistence. (Ha, see what I did there!) Our house in London was full of mice, that's why I moved to Australia :)

Kit Kat has the right idea. Sit back and watch everyone else do the work though she did have to work at the end.
